Sarah Jackson is a Southern California native who graduated with Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of California, Riverside.
While completing her Dietetic Internship, she was accepted into Sage Colleges of Albany NY, where she completed her Master of Science degree in Applied Nutrition to further her knowledge in the dynamic field of dietetics. As a dietitian in private practice, Sarah couldn’t settle for conventional treatment options for her clients, which is why she decided to dive into the world of integrative and functional nutrition.
Her purpose was clear, she was going to use her knowledge to help transform lives by combining the evidence-based practices she had studied for years, with functional nutrition strategies that focus on treating the root cause of symptoms. Sarah finds fulfillment in evaluating each of her client’s needs and providing comprehensive plans to help attain their individual health goals.
Career milestones
Sarah’s passion for food and nutrition drove her to want to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Dietetics.
She has extensive experience working in digestive health, clinical nutrition, weight management, and eating disorders.
She is a member of Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine (DIFM), Academy of Nutrition Dietetics (AND), Nutrition Entrepreneurs (NE), and Next Level Functional Nutrition (NLFN).
