How can I delete my information from the app?
If you wish to delete your information from the Femia app, you can easily request the removal of your account and associated data. Here’s how:
- Open the Femia app on your device.
- Go to the “You” tab.
- Tap on the profile icon.
- Tap “My Data”.
- Select the Delete Account and Data option.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your decision.
Please note, that once your account is deleted, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our system. If you change your mind, you will need to create a new account to use the app. Deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription.
