How can I sign in and restore my data?
If you can’t see your data because you’ve logged out or are using a new device, don’t worry. To restore your account, tap the ‘Sign In’ button and log in using the same method you used to register:
- Apple ID (iOS only)
- Google Account
Using the same option you registered with is essential since each method creates a separate account.
If you forget which method you used, try each option until you find your data. Try all possible sign-ins to see if your data is linked to another email or Google account.
If you are sure you use the correct email but still can’t log in, try a different password or use the “Forgot password?” option.
If you log in and your data is still missing, log out and try a different sign-in method or email address. You might have unintentionally registered two accounts, and your data could be saved on another one.
