How do I get a refund on iOS?

If you would like to request a refund for your Femia subscription on iOS, here’s what you need to do:
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Select Purchased to view your purchase history.
- Find your Femia subscription or payment in the list.
- Tap on the Report a Problem link next to the charge.
- Select Request a Refund and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Choose a reason for the refund and submit your request.
Apple will process your request, and you should receive a response within a few days regarding the status of your refund.
